The purpose of the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) Program is to provide participants with a framework for transforming an organization into an engaged, productive, and inclusive workforce. You will learn how to manage diversity, develop a strategic plan, onboard difficult people, and drive organizational inclusion. This program will help you assess your current cultural competency and demonstrate how to increase competency. By the end of this seminar, you will have learned how to:.
They are referred to as The New IQ. In this program, you will increase your understanding of inclusion and the challenges of managing cultural diversity in organizations based on the New IQ. Diversity management techniques and practices with a track record of success will be introduced and practiced.
